6/23/23: Friday night we were called to a fully-engulfed truck fire on Shoshone. VFD responded as was able to get the fire under control within an hour using water and fire extinguishers. No one was hurt, and only the truck was damaged. We were able to keep the fire away from trees and buildings, as is our mission. Wet Mountain responders arrived an hour later.
